Meet Julie
In January 2022, I thought I had my life under control. I was a wife of 18 years to Brian, and a homeschooling mom to five children - my life was well-planned, and under control. But then, in the blink of an eye, my precious husband went to be with Jesus, leaving me a widow and a solo parent. My dreams for the future were shattered, all my hard-laid plans were gone, and I was no longer in control. Not only did living my life without my husband terrify me, but I could feel the control I once had slipping through my fingertips. I did not know how to live. But God
I felt His amazing presence like I'd never felt before, comforting me. It was almost as if I heard Him whisper "Trust me". I took His hand and together we moved forward. In the past two years, I've learned how to let go of the future I envisioned for myself as a wife and embrace life head-on in my new role as a widow and solo parent. But never for one moment have I traveled this road alone.
God has pressed on my heart to share my story, not just of love and loss but of learning to give up control and to trust my Creator for the plan He has for my life. Or as my amazing husband used to say "Trust the Process". It is my hope, through laughter and tears, to encourage women to trust God not just in the good times but especially the bad, and to know that He is right there beside them.

Julie Napp will be a blessing to you! She's a growing follower of Christ who has a unique gift for sharing her faith in Him with people who hurt for answers. She has experienced the best as well as the worst in her life. The Lord gave her a wonderful husband and a house full of beautiful children. After his unexpected death, she had to face the challenges of bringing up their children on her own while she tried to manage her grief at the same time.
